Can not open the files in the Grinder

Hello

I probably am getting something wrong as to how the Grinder works but

I defined a folder to be watched and all the files listed in the Grinder panel are grayed out so I can't open them

I did not set any custom regex (which I expect is supposed to filter the files I can see in the Grinder)

would you help me on this and also maybe think about a little tutorial to explain how you user the Grinder
